Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in daily operations, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, schedules, and travel
Handle emails, calls, communication, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
Track tasks, deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
Support in reviews, events, and business activities
Candidate Requirements
MBA preferred (Marketing, Business, or Communication)
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Advertising/Media experience is a plus
Professional, organized, and quick learner
