About the Role
Kaizen Partners is seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups, and supporting the MD in day-to-day business operations.
This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
Ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using MS Word & Excel
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless workflow
Plan and manage travel arrangements, logistics, and events
Assist with personal and professional tasks assigned by the MD

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate from a Secretarial College or similar background
Excellent follow-up skills (must-have)
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of shorthand is an added advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
