Job Purpose:



To provide high-level administrative support to the Director, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and assisting in the management of strategic projects.

B.1

Financial:



Manage and prioritize the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the Director.
B.2

Operational:



Handle confidential information with utmost discretion. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items. Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other strategic initiatives. Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and speaking engagements. Support the Director in managing key projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Conduct research and gather data for projects as needed. Assist in maintaining project documentation and preparing regular status updates. Provide support in strategic planning and execution of organizational goals.

People Development:



Ensure timely and accurate communication across various teams and departments. Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the Director.

Customer:



Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
