Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations for the Director.
Assist in the preparation of business documents, including reports, presentations, and proposals.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
Provide administrative support to special projects as required.
Ready to travel for meetings throughout Mumbai.
Flexible with working hours to accommodate delayed meetings; capable of preparing professional PowerPoint presentations as needed.
