We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure smooth functioning of the executive office and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Draft and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and documentation.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely completion of action items.
Assist in preparing business reports, data analysis, and project documentation.
Coordinate events, conferences, and team meetings as required.
Support in strategic initiatives and special projects.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
2-6 years of experience as an EA, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor, problem-solving attitude, and discretion.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
