Provide high-level executive support to the CEO in managing day-to-day operations.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international).
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up on project updates, MIS reports, and deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion at all times.
Support the CEO in strategic initiatives, client interactions, and business reviews.
Oversee office administration related to CEO's office to ensure smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field.
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure with attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates from
Real Estate background
only.
Strong understanding of real estate operations, terminology, and documentation.
Experience Required
7 to 8 years
of relevant experience as an EA / Executive Coordinator / Personal Assistant.
