Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support:



Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executive. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Conduct research and compile data for various projects. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Previous experience working in law background is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
