Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
Track tasks, deadlines, and projects to ensure timely completion.
Conduct research and compile reports to support decision-making.
Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity tools.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
