Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars
Manage and screen
calls, emails, and correspondence
Provide
timely updates, reports, and follow-ups
to the CEO
Send reminders to the CEO on meetings, deadlines, and priorities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely task completion
Maintain records, documents, and confidential information
Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of key initiatives
Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information
Proactive, detail-oriented, and time-conscious

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
