We need a smart, business-minded Executive Assistant who can support the CEO with daily planning, task follow-up, coordination, and communication.
The person should understand business, think independently, and handle small tasks when the CEO is not available.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Support & Planning
Daily schedule & priority planning
Calendar/meeting management
Important follow-up reminders
Basic communication filtering
End-of-day summary to CEO
2. Business Coordination
Follow-up with all departments (Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing)
Track deadlines & task completion
Maintain CRM/Google Sheets updates
Coordinate branch operations & Spaces project work
Small decision-making support when CEO is busy
3. Communication & Documentation
Draft emails, messages, reports
Prepare summaries, notes, presentations
Maintain checklists, SOPs, and files
4. Admin & Personal Support (Basic Only)
