Executive Assistant
to support our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Attend and record minutes of important meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Conduct research, compile data, and assist in strategic projects.
Provide personal and administrative assistance to the CEO as required.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective communication and workflow across teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support or assistant role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work full-time from our
Bengaluru (Indira Nagar Stage 3)
office.
