We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO's schedule, assist in strategic communication, and ensure smooth coordination of key projects and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate internal and external communications, including emails and calls.
Organize board meetings, management meetings, and company events.
Assist in project coordination and follow-up with various departments.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Support the CEO in travel arrangements, expense tracking, and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives or CEOs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic office management tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
