Job Summary:

As an Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior executives and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the organization. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and act as a liaison between executives and various stakeholders. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar Management:

Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.

Meeting Coordination:

Arrange and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing logistics.

Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives.

Document Management:

Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Project Support:

Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed.

Office Management:

Oversee administrative functions such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.

Team Support:

Provide support to other administrative staff members and ensure seamless teamwork within the administrative department.

Problem Solving:

Address administrative issues and concerns, finding solutions and implementing improvements where necessary.

Policy Adherence:

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Requirements:



Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role, preferably at least 2 years. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Discretion and confidentiality. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in Office Management or Executive Assistance. Experience in handling international travel arrangements and visa processes. Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,203.82 - ₹50,000.00 per month
