Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience as Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Graduate degree with good overall academic records
Location: Gandhinagar, Bangalore.
