Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join the CEO Office as an Executive Assistant & Data Collection Specialist. In this dual-role position, the candidate will play a key part in maintaining and updating various operational sheets, collecting essential data, and ensuring that tasks across departments are being followed up and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistance:
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
o Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring all relevant data is available.
o Draft reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for the CEO's review.
o Maintain efficient filing and organization systems to ensure quick access to important documents and information.
o Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
2. Data Collection & Management:
o Collect, compile, and maintain up-to-date data from various departments to assist with decision-making and reporting.
o Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into operational sheets and databases.
o Regularly update key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, and tracking sheets for different projects.
o Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, or issues that require attention.
3. Task Management & Follow-Up:
o Track progress on various tasks and projects across departments, ensuring deadlines are met.
o Follow up with team members to gather progress updates, resolve roadblocks, and ensure project timelines are on track.
o Assist in managing cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth communication between departments.
o Maintain and update project timelines, to-do lists, and task management systems for the CEO's review. 4. Communication & Coordination:
o Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members to ensure timely and efficient communication.
o Ensure that any requests or tasks assigned by the CEO are prioritized and executed promptly.
o Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring necessary data and information is available to all departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
