The Executive Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Director's office. This role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while acting as a key link between the Director and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Coordinate with various departments to track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond or redirect as appropriate
Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and official engagements
Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Certification or training in office administration or executive assistance is an added advantage
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Experience working with senior leadership is preferred
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
