Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Communication Handling
Manage all
follow-ups
with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Handle
correspondence
including emails, WhatsApp messages, letters, and reminders.
Maintain proper communication logs and ensure timely responses.
2. Accounts Coordination
Assist in
monitoring daily debits and credits

Support in preparing basic financial statements and maintaining records as directed.
Ensure timely
statutory payments
(GST, TDS, PF/ESI or any required business compliance payments).

Coordinate with internal teams for content scheduling and updates.
Basic understanding of online branding and engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Secretary, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication in

Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
Basic understanding of accounting entries (preferable).
