Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support
Manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring timely reminders and proper planning.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and official communication on behalf of the Chairman.
Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
2. Meeting & Coordination
Schedule and coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and board discussions.
Draft and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal departments, clients, government officials, and external stakeholders.
3. Travel & Event Management
Manage domestic and international travel plans, logistics, hotel bookings, and itineraries.
Coordinate events, seminars, workshops, and official visits involving the Chairman.
4. Confidential & Strategic Support
Handle confidential information with absolute integrity and professionalism.
Assist in reviewing business proposals, project documents, and strategic reports.
Provide research support and compile data for decision-making.
5. Office & Task Management
Maintain files, databases, documents, and record systems.
Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks delegated by the Chairman.
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative budgets related to Chairman's office.
6. Communication & Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth communication flow and quick resolution of issues.
Professionally represent the Chairman during meetings and interactions when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Qualification
Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA preferred).
Experience working with top management or senior leadership is an added advantage.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
