Executive & Administrative Support



Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate complex travel logistics (flights, hotels, transportation) and prepare travel itineraries. Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings. Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, partners, clients). Maintain calendars, diaries, files, records, and confidential information with discretion.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience supporting C-suite executives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management, organization, and multitasking abilities. Exceptional discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and productivity tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and anticipate needs proactively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
