Experience Required:

Minimum

2 years

of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.

Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. This role requires strong coordination, discretion, time management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and MOMs Handle email communication and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO Coordinate with internal teams to track tasks and deadlines Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information Assist in planning meetings, events, and business reviews Organize documents, records, and files (digital & physical) Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and multitasking ability Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace High level of professionalism and confidentiality Problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline Experience working directly with CXOs or senior management Basic understanding of business operations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
