Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to serve as an
Executive Assistant cum HR Executive
. This hybrid role involves close coordination with the Director and CEO, handling administrative tasks, assisting in HR operations, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
Act as a point of contact between the Director/CEO and internal/external parties.
Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, travel plans, and conference calls.
Draft emails, reports, and presentations for the Director/CEO.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
HR Executive Duties:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Maintain employee records and HR documents.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
Handle leave management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Organize HR-related events and celebrations.
Administrative & Office Support:
Handle day-to-day administrative activities including printing, scanning, filing, and correspondence.
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
Ensure the office is well-maintained and organized.
Provide general support to the team and other departments as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related field).
0-3 years of relevant experience in EA/PA and HR/Admin roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Professional demeanor with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a digital marketing or IT company is a plus.
Familiarity with HR software or tools like Odoo, Zoho, etc.
