Key Responsibilities
Accounts Coordination:
Managing Sundry Debtors/Creditors and calling/coordinating for timely payment collections.
Tenders & Auctions:
Searching, registering, and submitting documentation for online tenders and auctions.
Hiring & HR:
Managing the recruitment process (job postings to onboarding) to build the office team.
Social Media:
Managing company pages and executing strategies for brand growth.
Office Operations:
Handling all internet-based corporate work and daily administrative follow-ups.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred).
Experience:
2-5 years in an EA, Operations, or Office Manager role.
Skills:
Strong communication (Hindi & English), persistent on calls, and tech-savvy (Excel/Internet).
Mindset:
Highly proactive with a "get-it-done" attitude.
