GD Goenka Healthcare is seeking a professional and highly organized
Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support at the leadership level. The role requires strong coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Communication & Coordination
Draft and manage official emails, correspondence, and documents
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate with department heads, leadership teams, and partners
Track key decisions, deadlines, and action items
Office & Operations Support
Organize board meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic discussions
Maintain records, MIS reports, and executive documentation
Support special projects and initiatives led by the CEO
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with senior management, vendors, and external agencies
Ensure smooth information flow and timely escalation of critical matters
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related field
4-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Prior experience supporting CXO-level executives preferred
Skills Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Additional Requirements
Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when required
Strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards
