Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



? Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to one or more Directors.

? Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

? Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.

? Prepare, edit, and format internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.

? Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

? Act as the point of contact between Directors, internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.

? Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive offsites.

? Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, responding when appropriate.

? Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

? Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional based on scope).

? Track deadlines and support Directors with project management tasks.

? Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects as directed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
