Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative & Executive Support Manage the Founder's daily schedule, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate between departments (factory, retail, marketing, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow. Draft emails, prepare documents, presentations, and follow up on pending tasks. Handle confidential information with discretion. 2. Communication & Coordination Act as the main point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and franchise partners for meetings and project updates. Maintain proper communication logs, task tracking, and status reports. 3. Operations Assistance Support the Founder in daily decision-making related to store performance, marketing activities, and vendor management. Maintain track of jewellery stock reports, production timelines, and delivery updates. Prepare reports and summaries for business reviews. 4. Travel & Event Management Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and itinerary planning. Assist in event/exhibition organization, setup coordination, and brand promotion activities.
