Indian Travel House Pvt. Ltd. is a forward-thinking organization seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and work closely with top-level leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications including phone calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar - scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and review documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence.
Assist in coordinating professional tasks, including event planning.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Must be presentable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
Strong command of the English language (both written and verbal).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (required).
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
Benefits:
Salary Range:
?30,000 - ?40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
