We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing their schedule, communications, and administrative tasks. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right-hand person to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate with senior executives, board members, and external partners
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide administrative support, including data management and reporting
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting planning
