About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication skills. The EA will also handle selected administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth coordination within the company and with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and communication material as required.
-Handle internal and external follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
-Assist in reviewing, processing, and tracking invoices.
-Draft professional emails, memos, and documents.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams/partners.
-Support administrative functions and office management tasks as needed.
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Strong organizational & multitasking skills - ability to manage CEO's schedule, tasks, and follow-ups simultaneously.
Excellent written & verbal communication - drafting professional emails, interacting with stakeholders confidently.
Attention to detail & accuracy - especially for handling invoices and documents.
Tech proficiency - MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), calendar management, basic Excel formulas.
Follow-up & tracking ability - disciplined in ensuring tasks are closed, not just delegated.
Confidentiality & discretion - handling sensitive company and personal information.
Time management - ability to prioritize urgent vs. important tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
