We are looking for a highly organized and empathetic
Executive Assistant
to support our leadership team. This role is ideal for
married women
, preferably mothers, who are looking to return to the workforce or want a balanced, meaningful career that respects family time.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar and email management for the CEO/founder.
Coordinate internal and external meetings.
Assist with project management, follow-ups, and reminders.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries if needed.
Support in documentation, filing, and maintaining records.
Handle personal tasks and errands occasionally.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness in all matters.
What We're Looking For:
Married women, preferably mothers, who understand the balance of work and family.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer literacy - Google Workspace, MS Office, email tools, etc.
Warm personality with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
Prior experience as an EA, office coordinator, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
