We are looking for a smart and professional Executive Assistant to CEO cum Receptionist to manage our front desk and manage CEO work schedules.
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly.
Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries and directing visitors to the right department.
Maintain visitor records and front desk security protocols.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters).
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, data entry, and filing.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth day-to-day office operations.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
Track and follow up on pending actions and commitments of the CEO
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters requiring the CEO's attention.
Draft professional emails, letters, and internal memos on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely flow of information.
Liaise with clients, partners, and external agencies as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in reception/administration is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Power point and email handling).
Pleasant personality, customer-friendly, and well-organized.
