Role Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant at the Founder's Office to directly support the Founder & CEO. This role is designed for an individual with strong entrepreneurial instincts, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution of high-priority tasks and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a trusted partner to the Founder's Office, supporting business development, operations, and decision-making processes. Drive ownership of critical business priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups and outcomes. Manage confidential information and communications with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on company objectives and ensure accountability. Prepare and review business reports, dashboards, and presentations for strategic insights. Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to improve efficiency and impact. Contribute to organizational initiatives, culture building, and leadership communication.
