We are looking for an organized Executive Assistant to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include bill preparation, handling calls, coordination with internal teams, maintaining records, and assisting with payment follow-ups and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:



Commerce background preferred Minimum 1 year experience in Admin / EA / CRM / Coordination role Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing Good communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
