To drive operational excellence, we are hiring a Founder's Office - Operations Manager to work closely with the Founders.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager in the Founder's Office will act as the execution arm of the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations across departments. The role requires excellent project management, cross-functional coordination, and operational problem-solving to keep business timelines and deliverables on track.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Task Management
Track, monitor, and follow up on tasks assigned to different teams (operations, design, marketing, finance, logistics, etc.).
Ensure deadlines are met and projects are progressing as per timelines set by Founders.
Maintain a central task dashboard for real-time visibility of progress and bottlenecks.
2. Operations Excellence
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to streamline processes.
Support implementation of SOPs to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.
Regularly review team performance against key deliverables and report to Founders.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Act as a bridge between Founders and teams to ensure clarity of expectations and accountability.
Conduct weekly review meetings, circulate action items, and ensure closure within timelines.
Assist in aligning team activities with overall business goals and growth roadmap.
4. Strategic Support
Support Founders with data analysis, insights, and reporting for decision-making.
Oversee critical projects (marketplace launches, new category rollouts, offline expansion) and ensure smooth execution.
Handle special projects assigned directly by the Founders.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business/Operations/Management.
3-7 years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management (startup, fashion, or retail preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Excel trackers).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
