The Assistant will support the AVP in conducting workshops, training sessions, events, and accessibility audits across different regions. The role involves frequent travel and requires good communication, coordination skills, and the ability to independently take training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Travel with the AVP for workshops, sessions, events, and accessibility audits.
Support in planning and organizing training programs and workshops.
Conduct individual training sessions when required.
Assist in accessibility audits and help prepare audit reports.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communication for events.
Prepare basic documents, presentations, and reports.
Work closely with the AVP and support daily tasks.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct sessions independently.
Willingness to travel frequently across regions.
Basic knowledge of accessibility or interest in learning.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google tools.
