Key Responsibilities
Assist the AVP in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination with Business Partners (BPs), Centre Teams, and Zonal Office team.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
for review and decision-making.
Liaise with the Head Office team to ensure smooth communication, operations, and timely completion of tasks.
Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
Handle administrative responsibilities and support in operational activities as required.
Monitor timelines and ensure tasks are executed with accuracy and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate with
2-3 years of relevant experience
in executive assistance, operations, or coordination roles.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel - advanced functions, PowerPoint - presentations, Word - documentation).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently while maintaining confidentiality.
