Purpose of the Role
1. To analyse key business metrics and drive the business goals in line with the instructions / guidelines of CMD
2. To assist CMD in key meetings
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Analyse key business metrics and drive the business goals in line with the instructions / guidelines of CMD
Establish and sustain methods for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of strategic initiatives of the organisation and the impact of the investments
To act as the point of contact between the executives, internal and external customers
Support CMD in preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, budgets, and related activities
Support CMD in preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required
To analyse the problems, opportunities and solutions for business budgeting and forecasting
To analyse and outline the problems to build Financial Modelling in alignment with business goals
Ensure timely communication of guidelines / instructions from CMD to the concerned and update the status to CMD
To exhibit detailed business analysing both product lines and the profitability of the business
Work within the framework of PD goals of the organisation as directed by the CMD
Document minutes of meeting as per the directions of CMD
Prepare financial statements, reports, letters as per the requirements
Monitor and drive the organisational transformation projects and update the CMD on the progress with respect to timelines
Assist the Top Management daily by analysing business data and providing inputs to top management for strategic decisions
Co-ordinate and drive performance of Cross Functional Team activities to ensure achievement of project deliverables
Fixing & scheduling strategic level external/internal meetings & appointments
Review of cost structures, control points and sales targets of all four business segments and ascertain monthly margins
Facilitate Board approvals for CAPEX and Growth Projects
Assist Top Management with real time data in Expansions / New Businesses and come up with alternative suggestions / inputs
Timely escalations to ensure adequate actions and formulate alternate strategies as countermeasures
Involve in Project Management, Budgeting & Planning
Coordinate with process owners in preparation of Business Annual Plan in line with Top Management's point of views
Assist Top Management in formulating breakthrough directions and control points and review the same
Assist Top Management in preparation of presentations in external forums to enhance image of LMW
Handling International travel arrangements & coordination
To perform variance analysis of all key business metrics and appraise CMD on the same
* To develop and monitor key business intelligence dashboards for significant decision making
