We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading organization in the education sector. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education sector or strong interest in academic development and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and ensuring optimal time management.
Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Support strategic project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and communications.
Assist with research, data collection, and preparation of reports on education trends, policy changes, and institutional initiatives.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent in handling Internet and website
Organized with ability to prioritize and multi task.
Must have computer Knowledge (Ms-office, spreadsheet ...,)
