Role Overview
We are seeking a
highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Assistant - Sales
to support the
Sales Team
and the Founder by managing CRM operations, sales coordination, reporting, and cross-functional follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in
sales coordination, CRM management, MIS reporting, and stakeholder communication
, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Support
Act as the central coordination point for the
Sales Team
Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and action trackers for sales-related activities
Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and ensure closure of sales action items
Support the Founder with sales updates and summaries
2. Sales Operations & CRM Management
Own and manage
CRM systems
(lead entry, opportunity tracking, pipeline management, data accuracy)
Track leads, proposals, negotiations, closures, and post-sale handovers
Ensure timely and accurate CRM updates from the Sales Team
Monitor pipeline health, aging, and conversion metrics
Generate CRM-driven MIS and dashboards for leadership review
3. Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Analyze CRM data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
Support sales forecasting and target tracking
Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, collections, and revenue reporting
4. Stakeholder & Internal Coordination
Draft sales communications, proposals, presentations, and internal updates
Coordinate meetings with corporate clients, NGOs, schools, and internal teams
Ensure smooth handover between Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Maintain professional relationships on behalf of the Sales Team
Required Skills & Qualifications
9-10 years of experience in
sales operations, CRM coordination, executive assistance, or business support roles
Hands-on experience with
CRM tools
(Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and conversion metrics
High proficiency in
MS Excel (MIS, dashboards), PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
Must have a personal laptop
