Monitor and organize the CEO's email inbox daily, flagging priority items.
Draft, review, and send professional responses on behalf of the CEO when required.
Segregate incoming requests and assign them to the relevant project teams for action.
Track progress of delegated tasks and provide status updates to the CEO.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Prepare summaries of key communications for leadership review.
Support scheduling and coordination of follow-up meetings if needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or communication roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in email and task management tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Trello, Asana).
High level of discretion and professionalism.
