We are seeking a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced IT environment. The candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling coordination across internal tech teams, clients, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate meetings with clients, developers, and internal teams
Prepare meeting agendas, MOM, reports, and presentations
Handle email and communication on behalf of management
Assist in project follow-ups and task tracking with technical teams
Organize travel, virtual meetings, and conference schedules
Maintain confidential business and project documents
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations when required
Support management in client.
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills
Minimum
1 year experience
as Executive Assistant / Coordinator
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Good understanding of working in an
IT or tech-based environment
Comfortable coordinating with developers, designers, and project teams
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred
Experience in an IT, software, or digital services company
Basic understanding of project coordination or tech terminology
