Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft and maintain emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
Handle communication and coordination on behalf of management.
Maintain filing systems, documentation, and business records.
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and pending work with internal teams.
Assist in office coordination and administrative support activities.
Maintain confidentiality of business information at all times.
Requirements:
Graduate
in any stream.
Female candidate only (Married preferred).
5 to 8 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Administrator.
Strong knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and email drafting.
Excellent communication skills and professional etiquette.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
