We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the senior management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills while managing executive-level responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
Support executives in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Track and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and reviews.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
