Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation as required.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of executive projects.
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Support in personal errands or administrative needs (if required).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with senior management or founders.
Knowledge of travel coordination and event planning.
Prior experience in a startup, corporate, or real estate environment (depending on industry).
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience and skills.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (flexible as per business needs)
