We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive
Female Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive support to our senior management/executive team. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.
Coordinate and organize business events, conferences, and meetings.
Screen calls, emails, and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations as required.
Maintain proper filing systems and records for easy retrieval.
Support in personal and professional tasks as delegated by the executive.
Requirements
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a discreet approach.
Preferred Attributes
Fluent in [English/Hindi/other regional language as required].
Willingness to handle both professional and occasional personal errands.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
