The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives and management. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, messages) efficiently.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Maintain and organize files, documents, and confidential information.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
Perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
