As an Executive Assistant to the CIO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and coordinative tasks, allowing the CIO to focus on strategic initiatives and key business objectives.
Your Impact
Administrative Support: Manage and maintain the CIO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls, drafting responses and handling inquiries as needed.
Coordination and Task Management: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, workshops, and events. Track and follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
Communication: Prepare and distribute internal communications on behalf of the CIO. You'll need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various levels of management, team members, and external partners. Data, Financial, and Event Management: Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage data, track budgets, analyze sales figures, and compile performance reports. Additionally, plan and execute team events such as off-sites, workshops, and team-building activities by coordinating with hospitality and logistics vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless execution of all event details.
Ensuring effective communication and engagement across the global Digital Transformation (DT) team: Maintaining up-to-date content on the DT SharePoint site, facilitating regular townhall meetings, and initiating and driving employee engagement initiatives that foster connection, transparency, and collaboration.
