Executive Assistant & Process Coordinator

to support management and ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves coordination, follow-ups, and handling the owner's personal and professional tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a link between management and all staff members Assign daily work and responsibilities to staff as directed by management Maintain and update the

Daily Worklist

and

Staff Checklist

Monitor ongoing tasks and ensure they align with process timelines Take regular follow-ups from staff to confirm task progress Verify task completion and update the status in records or MIS Identify delays, gaps, or pending tasks and report them to management Act as the communication link between

Staff

and

MIS Executive

Manage the owner's daily schedule, reminders, and communication Assist in travel plans, meetings, and personal task coordination

Requirements



Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills Strong organizational and follow-up ability Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
