Job Title: Executive Assistant Experience: 0-1 Yrs Location: Mumbai Salary: \xe2\x82\xb92,40,000 p.a Requirement: Immediate joiner Responsibilities: Executive Support: 1. Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 2. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics for executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed. 3. Meeting Coordination: Arrange and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant materials. Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members. 4. Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information. 5. Project Assistance: Assist executives in managing projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and preparing reports as necessary. Human Resources Support: 1. Recruitment Assistance: Assist HR department in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. 2. Onboarding Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. 3. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations. 4. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters. General Administrative Support: 1. Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives, HR department, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. 2. Research: Conduct research on projects, industry trends, and best practices to support decision-making and program development. 3. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, such as employee training sessions, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any field. 2. Previous experience in administrative support roles, with exposure to HR functions preferred. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
