We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of our manufacturing firm.
REQUIREMENTS
calendar management, communication handling, vendor coordination, travel planning, and cross-functional support across production, purchase, and HR teams
Key Responsibilities:
o? ?Manage calendar, meetings, and travel for MD.
o? ?Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
o? ?Draft emails, reports, and presentations.
o? ?Organize plant visits, compliance reviews, and audits.
o? ?Handle confidential and time-sensitive information.
Requirements:
o? ?3-7 years of EA/admin experience (manufacturing preferred).
o? ?Strong MS Office and ERP (SAP/Tally) skills.
o? ?Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
o? ?Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
