Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules.
Handle emails, calls, and official communication.
Prepare basic reports, presentations, and business documents.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates and ensure timely closures.
Maintain confidential files, records, and important documents.
Plan and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Assist with personal tasks, reminders, and scheduling activities.
Handle personal errands and coordinate with external service providers.
Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and timely completion of all responsibilities.
